Great location with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival.
The rooms were in desperate need of updating, with uncomfortable beds and small pillows. The television setup was basic and difficult to navigate.

This hotel at Bridgeport Village shopping area is a hidden gem. The staff is absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. They even surprised a guest with balloons for their husband's birthday! It's these personal touches that make a difference. The location is perfect, right off I-5 in a convenient area with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with attention to detail evident throughout. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to start your day off right.
Everything was great, no complaints here.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Bridgeport Village shopping area in Portland. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and well worth it for the amenities provided. The hotel was conveniently located right off I-5, making it easily accessible. Additionally, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided were top-notch, such as the spa, indoor pool, and hot tub mentioned in one of the reviews. Furthermore, the rooms were spacious and even had "handicap" features, making it accessible for all guests. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a wide variety of options, just like the great breakfast buffet mentioned in the first review.
My stay at this hotel was exceptional without any major disappointments.

The breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was really good. the staff was also friendly and helpful during our stay. the hotel is located in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants.
The room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathroom and on the pillowcase.
